Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Karané. If something doesn't work out, we make returns easy.

Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Beauty and skincare products can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened beauty/skincare products
• Intimate wear and innerwear
• Customized/personalized products
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@weremotedevs.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
3. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup from your address.
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Process

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect. Net banking refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund.
