Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Karané. If something doesn't work out, we make returns easy.
Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Beauty and skincare products can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened beauty/skincare products
- Intimate wear and innerwear
- Customized/personalized products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@weremotedevs.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup from your address.
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Refund Process
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect. Net banking refunds may take up to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund.
